- Understand business objectives, consumer journeys (internal & external), feedback requirements & introduce real-time measurement mechanisms at each part of the consumer journeys
- Ensure deep dives into data that result in consistent consumer insights
- Ideate and lead new research/measurement ideas for the brands as relevant in every life stage
- Introduce & drive key research online studies for both brands as relevant - CSAT, User-Attitude, Brand tracks etc.
- Introduce and drive relevant feedback mechanisms at all CX interfaces to track service quality and performance
- Devise the optimal way to measure consumer feedback/preference for all content platforms created
- Work closely with the risk team to marry consumer data with credit bureau data and enrich the insights over all
- Quarterly analysis & summary of relevant industry reports - to be presented to the leadership team as relevant.
- Research Watch - Consistently stay abreast with new launches, tools, techniques and present to the leadership team once a quarter
