Consumer Engagement Lead
Role & Responsibility:
- Responsible for Consumer Engagement in - personalised commerce and consumer engagement business
- Developing overall consumer engagement strategy and implementing the same, for the Online & e-Commerce segment (others being physical organized retail / supplier brands / local merchants)
- Develops annual consumer engagement program calendar for specific categories/partners in the segment, leveraging insights and seasonal trends.
- Responsible for offers strategy and tactical offers- campaigns driving performance objectives of consumer acquisition and retention for the program and specific partners
- Leads consumer acquisition projects across JioPrime via direct marketing and channel activation activities. And translates overall consumer acquisition targets to achievable operational initiatives within the account teams, and oversees their implementation.
- Drives coupon and points redemptions through targeted marketing campaigns, designs appropriate offers/promotion to drive redemption volume and deliver value to customers
- Conceptualizes and deploy tactical marketing initiatives with partner merchants at the point-of-sale to deliver higher consumer engagement

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 8-10 YEARS
Candidate Qualification and skill sets:
- BE/ BTech, MBA from a premier Tier 1 institute such as IIT/IIM/ ISB/others
- Should have 8-10 years of experience in consumer engagement campaigns including hands on knowledge of tactical performance marketing campaigns
- Advanced knowledge in leveraging customer data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaigns planning and execution
- Must be at ease with data science that impacts business/marketing ROI
