Job Description: - Build data driven strategies to manage credit risk at acquisitions as well as customer management - Optimize pricing, underwriting and line assignment through the customer life-cycle to maximize customer experience and business value - Draw actionable insights from complex data to optimize risk adjusted returns - Build a robust framework to monitor performance of implemented strategies and the portfolio Requirements: - MBA Finance / CA - 1 to 3 years of data driven decision strategy and decision making experience - Strong problem solving skills and ability to synthesize actionable insights and strategies from complex data - Prior data science and analytics experience preferred - Background in credit risk strategy a plus - Strong technical skills (SQL/Python/R) - Strong communication skills with ability to influence without authority
