Project Management Skills:

- Extensive International Experience in Europe, US and Emerging Markets in Management Consulting, Business Process Reengineering, KPO Leadership and Marketing

- Experienced in leading and managing entire lifecycle of research & analytics outsourcing projects including opportunity identification, conceptualization, scoping, pricing, transition, process and SLA setup, team building, people management and optimal service delivery.

- Led client engagements in various business models such as long term retention engagements, FTE based model, Cost Plus model, Project based assignments and onsite Secondments.

- Experienced in managing financial aspects of outsourcing engagements

- Set up and led Marketing, Pre Sales, Business Research and Knowledge Management functions for top Consulting companies & run them as successful revenue contributors.

- Extensive experience in Consultative Selling of strategic, benchmarking and analytics projects by designing concept notes and solution approaches to solve complex business problems

Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical skills complemented with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and excellent problem-solving skills with strong ownership of work
