Position: Consultant/ Sr. Consultant - People & Organizational Change
Location: Multiple locations in the Middle East
Job Profile:
- Contribute to specific People & Organizational Change (P&O) projects by providing content input and making recommendations, planning, analytics support and/or developing presentations as needed.
- Project areas include HR assessment & strategy development, HR policies and practices, talent management (identification, assessment and development), leadership development, organization & HR design, performance management, learning & development, total rewards and employer brand management.
- Assist senior leaders in mining and developing new projects and new clients.
- Develop client proposals and RFP documents to acquire consulting assignments.
- Cooperate with other consulting verticals for integrated offerings.
Job Requirements: Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources (TISS/ XLRI preferred). 3-6 yrs. relevant experience. Candidate should be prepared for extensive travel across the middle east. International experience would be a plus.
