b) Business Enablement and Transformation (BET) for practitioner-led business advisory and consulting
c) PGA Labs focused on technology-led business and market research powered by AI, and
d) Delivering data engineering and analytics, AI, OpenData and visualization solutions to clients across verticals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leading engagements related to identification of suitable targets, commercial due diligence, post acquisition value creation blueprinting, etc.
- Individual should have the capability to run financial models and validate
- Major contribution in Stakeholder management and mentoring junior team members
- Serve as an advisor to corporate and private equity clients
- Support business development in key client relationships along with the Partners (Directors and Domain Partners)
- Builds organization capability through recruitment and training and credibility (contributing to the development of IP frameworks etc.)
- This role will metamorphose into the candidate leading substantial client relationships with leading clients - PE investors, growth capital investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds and leading global buyout investors
Desired Competencies :
- A professional who exhibits high analytical thinking, ability to derive patterns from data/push for insights
- Having led Commercial due diligence and Operational Due Diligence for leading PE investors will be a big plus.
- Very strong research skills to draw insights from primary research, secondary research
- Very strong grasp on business concepts and financial performance of a company
- Highly inquisitive intellectually and strong drive to learn even in ambiguous/unstructured client situations
- Resourcefulness and tactfulness in getting market inputs and meeting client requirements
- Effective presentation and speaking skills with the ability to present and defend complex data analysis, both internally and externally to both technical and non-technical audiences
- High focus on outcomes and must enjoy driving clients (financial sponsors, strategic investors) to action
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
- Strong levels of ownership and should demonstrate pride in output
Educational qualification and Certifications :
- Consistent track record of academic excellence
- Demonstration of leadership in educational and professional career
- Very high drive and energy; passion for investing
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
- MBA from a top tier institute - Ivy League B-schools in the US, IIM A, B, C, L, I and ISB
