Consulting Exp is a must with Supply Chain, BPI (Business Process Improvement) experience.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing senior leaders
- Lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams
- Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program's readiness to launch, develops action plans, leads program mobilization efforts, and provides advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program
- Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements
- Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change
- Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes to include stakeholder assessments and communications
- Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems
- Engage and work with senior stakeholders
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience leading transformation/improvement programs; define and establish program structure and governance frameworks, business case management, KPI measurement, benchmarking, lead executive steering committee or QBR, stakeholder management, financial management
- Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework
- Requires 14-18 years of relevant experience
- Change Management Experience
- Experience in one of the areas of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Manufacture, Deliver), Sales Operations and/or Product Management is required
- Management Consulting experience would be added plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- High energy, Self-starter individual, willing to take initiative and ownership, with a bias towards action and proven ability to learn
- Demonstrated ability to develop and apply information-driven approaches to solve critical business questions in a practical manner with tangible results, while demonstrating flexibility to take consultative approach in ambiguous business environment
- Proven track record of working effectively in teams in a collaborative, fast-paced and global environment
- Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders having conflicting priorities
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (SVP / VP level) to shape programs from high level objectives and problem areas
- Strong executive communications (both verbal and written) & PowerPoint skills, including the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business executives
- Ability to think at a strategic and tactical level
- Proven track record in deploying company wide solutions
- Experience in hi tech industry an added advantage
