Manager - Insurance
One of the leading management consulting firm is looking out to hire Life / General Insurance professionals.
Candidate can come either from Consulting / Industry background;
- The role requires 5 to 8 years of post MBA experience (preferably from B school). An ideal candidate would be from consulting having expertise in independently leading Strategy or process improvement engagements, project delivery, team mentoring etc.
- Some one with good process and operations understanding of a life insurance company, Strategy development, cost-reduction, bancassurance, sales transformation, marketing strategy, business development, operations strategy, business planning, process improvement, turnaround strategy, business transformation etc.
You will be responsible for ;
- Leading strategy & Process improvement engagements within the Insurance space.
- Evaluating new opportunities in the market.
- Knowledge building & help in practice building
- Team mentoring
