Role:
- The individual will be responsible for developing practice within the Electronic & Hi Tech industry space. While the role envisages both business development and service delivery responsibilities the focus would be more on business/practice development.
Responsibilities / Authorities:
- Business development and Relationship management for EHT clients
- Development of new industry solutions based on client needs.
- Managing internal business operations processes
- Tracking business/project KPIs
- Working closely with project teams to ensure successful outcomes for the clients and the company.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive business development and consulting experience
- Candidate should have excellent understanding of Electronic & Hi Tech industry OR Should be an Industry business person from the EHT industry
- Should be in a client facing role for last 4-6 years i.e. Client Relationship Management in this industry as well as Technology firms in the domestic market with established CXO relationships (preferably Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Ebay-Paypal )
- Should have an understanding and experience of technology especially hardware/software that shall be relevant for Electronic & Hi Tech clients
Key Competencies & Characteristics:
- Identifying organisation's existing service offerings that can be leveraged in the India market
- Understanding of the business functions and processes within the industry
- Identifying emerging market and industry trends and issues, potential game changers to the current business models for EHT clients
- Deal Shaper – Good understanding of match making, exploiting established alliances and adding new ones as appropriate
Target Organizations:
- Infosys,TCS, Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, IBM - Combination of Overseas & Domestic experience.
- Consulting Firms : EY, KPMG, PwC
