Job Description for Position of Consulting Manager -Cloud Advisory

Position Name: Consulting Manager (Cloud Advisory Group)

Position Description: This position will be a part of rapidly growing Cloud Advisory Group within EAS Cloud practice. Working closely with Cloud Advisory lead, the Manager/Senior Manager will be a key resource responsible for success of Cloud Advisory Group at offshore. Key Responsibilities include:

a. Engagements:

i. Independently lead and manage Cloud Advisory engagements

ii. Own the entire advisory engagement from Pre-Sales to Execution

iii. Ability to establish credentials with Senior Client stakeholders

iv. Experience in Leading

v. Ability to be Hands-on and work closely with Business and technical stakeholders

b. Practice Enablement:

i. Create relevant Cloud Advisory offerings to drive differentiation

ii. Mentor a team of analysts to drive Practice support (RFX, Collaterals)

iii. Work closely with Onshore team to support practice growth

c. Others:

i. Strong background in Enterprise Process Areas (ERP, CRM etc) with exposure to SaaS

ii. Advisory/Consulting experience working with senior client stakeholders

iii. Excellent oral and written Communication skills

iv. Tier One MBA with good academic record

v. Willingness to travel (50%) is required.

vi. Take initiative and independently drive practice/program initiatives

vii. Willingness to go tactical and get ‘hands-dirty’ as the situation demands

viii. Ability to lead teams and mentor colleagues

b. Nice-to-have skillsets:

i. Solid Domain experience in 1 or more verticals: Life Sciences, Banking & Financial Services/Insurance, Technology, Telecom, Media

ii. Demonstrated Thought leadership and practice development experience

iii. Hands-on Experience in selling or consulting clients on SaaS engagements will be a big plus

c. Location: Pune

d. Desired Experience: 9-13 years
