Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement and Trust Building: Lead client interactions, establishing trust as a valued thought partner and subject matter expert.

- Project Management: Take lead of project execution, from initial planning and design to insight generation and final recommendations. Ability to define individual aims corresponding to general and project strategy.

- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to on-shore and off-shore analyst teams, managing cross-office team & project, ensuring the successful execution of projects according to established plans. Must be able to influence teams without a direct reporting structure. Ability to integrate people, to resolve conflicts.

- Innovation and Expansion: Develops business strategies and deployment plans, supervises implementation of company initiatives. Actively contribute to the organization's growth by participating in idea generation and innovation, helping to expand our portfolio of services and products.

- Strive for operational excellence by achieving results beyond expectation

- Ability to integrate people, to resolve conflicts

- Role Breakdown:

- Guiding and mentoring team members in project design, analysis, and execution - 40%

- Collaborating with Principals to deliver impactful business solutions to clients - 30%

- Understanding and addressing client business needs, fostering client relationships - 20%

- Contributing to internal initiatives and assisting in the development of new services and product offerings - 10%

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 9-10 years of experience in management consulting, data analytics, or related fields, particularly within the biotech/pharma sector.

- Demonstrated analytical expertise, with the ability to distil complex analyses into strategic insights and recommendations for sales and marketing teams.

- Profound knowledge of healthcare data sets and proficiency in various database manipulation tools (SAS, SQL, Alteryx, etc.).

- Preferred experience with onshore/offshore staffing models. Previous experience interacting with clients. Broad intercultural experience and excellent communication skills.

- Expert knowledge in terms of PLM methodologies, PM processes in project execution and project management

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Results-driven mindset with an unwavering commitment to excellence and quality.

- Strong team player and collaborator capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

- A degree in engineering or science is preferred, with a Masters or MBA considered a plus.

- Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar recommended
