Key Responsibilities:

- Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with CS and/or clients, acting as the primary point of contact for analytics engagements.

- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Insight Generation: Convert data into actionable insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions.

- Communication: Present findings and recommendations to CS and/or clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

- Presentation creation: Support in presentation creation on technically complex programs, adapting reporting styles to the needs of different clients, audiences and situations

- Insights and Recommendation: Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to clients based on data insights.

- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives around data insights to help clients understand complex concepts and drive action.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and analytical techniques to continuously enhance the quality of insights provided.

Qualifications:

- Has a Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics).

- Proven experience in an analytics or consulting role.

- Adept in presentation and communication skills.

- Good to have: Hands-on experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL).
