Consulting - ISV/Online Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

- Consultant to global leaders in ISV and / or online industry

- Lead and execute consulting projects in small teams

- Manage and mentor a large group of consultants

- Develop and deliver thought leadership and domain consulting services for ISV industry

- Manage and support achieving financial targets

- Oversee the operational and developmental needs of the team

- Base location: Bangalore; Travel on need basis ( Domestic as well as international)

Qualifications

- Overall 9 Years + Experience in Technology Industry / IT / ISV Industry

- Work experience in leading ISVs a plus

- 4+ years of product management / program management experience

- Deep domain expertise in software product industry value chain

- Demonstrated thought leadership – publications, paper presentations, innovations and patents

- Experience in ISV quote to cash cycle and product management preferred

- Passion for ownership and developing great customer relationships – internal and external

- Passion for emerging technology and business

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent people management skills

Education

Engineering degree in computer science, electronics, electrical or related fields and Post-graduation in management or business administration
