LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FROM CONSULTING BACKGROUND ONLY WITH EXPOSURE TO SERVICE INDUSTRY(MANDATORY).

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier-1 Business School (IIMs / ISB / XLRI etc.) Commerce / Science / Engineering background from a premier institute.

Relevant Experience:

- Min 5-8 years POST QUALIFICATION experience in operations strategy, operating model design, business process re-engineering, enterprise cost reduction, shared services and/or outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver projects in the areas of Business process re-engineering, Operational strategy and target operating model design, Outsourcing and shared services design, and Enterprise cost reduction.

- Develop target operating model for business support functions.

- Perform financial and operational analysis to identify cost levers for enterprise-wide cost reduction.

- Critically examine and analyze business processes across sourcing and procurement, supply chain, finance and business operations to recommend improvement opportunities around process efficiencies and controls

- Define service level agreements and performance metrics across business processes

- Actively contribute in business development (proposals, solutioning, diagnostics etc.)
