Consulting - Hospital Solution Manager

Urgently looking for Hospital Solution Manager - India for a MNC Medical Devices organisation.

Supporting the rapid expansion of Hospital Solutions consulting services across South-Asia, we seek to recruit experienced consultants, with strong expertise in healthcare and operational excellence, to be located in India (Mumbai/ Delhi).

As Hospital Solutions Consultant, you will identify and connect with clients (hospitals), understand their most pressing business problems and deliver high value services which improve the productivity, quality and competitiveness of the Healthcare System. You will also be responsible for the expansion and marketing of our consulting service offering. Your main duties and responsibilities include;

- Facilitate collaboration and business integration along the Healthcare Value Chain

- Partner with strategic Hospital accounts to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative growth strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways and optimize operations

- Identify, frame and prioritize initiatives to capture value

- Establish road-map and develop actionable plans for immediate improvement and costs savings

- Drive implementation, coach and develop local project or staff resources

Education and Experience:

- MBBS/BE/B. Tech/B.Pharma, MBA is an advantage

- Demonstrable experience over 5 years including relevant experience in consulting

- Experience in a clinical / hospital environment is a must

- Green Belt or more Experience in Lean (Six) Sigma

- Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery

- Excellent Project management skills

- Experience of how to work and communicate in international environments preferably in Matrix organizations
