EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) vertical of the Performance Improvement practice is a new vertical being started by the company to help the client in providing management consulting and advisory to clients in the EPC sector.
The company intends to offer management advice on areas like process improvement, SCM improvement, procurement process improvement, bidding process improvement among other things.
- The Incumbent will be responsible for developing business and overseeing project execution in the Indian EPC sector.
- Develop go to market strategies with respect to EPC space.
- Client relationship management throughout the business cycle
- Building, mentoring and managing team to meet the goals and objectives outlined.
- He / she will identify existing intellectual strengths within the company specific to EPC industry & leverage this to build the vertical in general.
- Ensure effective and timely knowledge sharing across the engagement back to the firm
- He / she will develop initiatives specific to the service line, brainstorm with key stake holders & drive implementation to achieve optimum business value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals within the Indian EPC landscape.
- Stay abreast of general business/economic developments and new standards; gain an in-depth understanding of their linkage and impact on the client’s business.
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of individual assignments; help determine the best team for the client (i.e. appropriate skill set mix and experience for the assignment in question)
