Required Technical Skill Set
- Professional qualification such as (Full Time) MBA in Finance from a top rated MBA institute or CA/ICWA/CFA
- Additional qualification, preferably FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), NCFM etc.

Must-Have
Domain:
- In-depth knowledge in compliance domain i.e. Regulatory Compliance (MiFID, Dodd Frank, EMIR, Basel II related Compliance), AML, Control Room Operations, Capital Market Surveillance etc.
- Experience in designing functional solutions for compliance for capital market participants or surveillance for Market Regulators and other related areas.
- Sound knowledge of some of the AML/Compliance/Case Management Solutions such as Actimize, Pegasystems, FircoSoft, Mantas etc. and experience in configuration of the same.
- Strong understanding of global financial market trends and developments, business, regulatory and technology issues guiding the post trade processing areas.
- Able to develop and articulate Point of View, White Paper, concept notes, solution framework as well as marketing collaterals
General:
- Possess good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel/relocate within India or overseas for short/long term to execute consulting engagements.
- Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment
- Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solutioning skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues.
Good-to-Have
- Relevant client facing and Project Management experience to deal with multi-disciplinary team and other stakeholders.
- Prior work experience of business consulting/IT solutions with Global Custodians/Clearing House/Depositories/Back-office of Buy/sell-side firms.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead Consultants and develop offerings.
- Pre-sales and project implementation experience
- Team player able to work well in multi-disciplinary teams serving defining and delivering complex solutions to major clients.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
- Execute consulting engagements – team based as well as individual assignments in segments mentioned above.
- Strengthen offerings – development of collateral, methodology refinements, best practices updates and trends tracking, preparation of points of view / articles
- Business development- identify target clients working jointly with delivery and Sales arms of the company, pre sales work (presentations to clients, RFI/RFP preparations) and work closely with Consulting sales teams at UK, Europe , LATAM and APAC
- Internal process management - Managing projects, mentoring and grooming other consultants in the group, business planning for Capital Market Consulting Team impart training
