Job Description :
Key responsibilities of the role include :
- Interface with client teams (global and local) to identify improvement opportunities in client businesses
- Strengthen offerings development of collateral, methodology refinements, frameworks, leading practices updates and trends tracking, create and support proposals incorporating Accenture value proposition
- Define new solution offers for FS clients globally in sales and service areas which would help them leverage/integrate/enhance emerging digital capabilities (online, social and mobile)
- Be responsible for client delivery integrate with global teams, identify project roles and be part of delivery teams
- Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies
- Work with cross-functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options
- Create detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, competitive strategies, and alliances to embark on a new strategic direction and to enable successful deployment of solutions
- Incorporate Accenture best practices & development methodologies into every stage of the project management lifecycle
- Gather facts (through research, interviewing, surveys, etc.), analyze the client's business, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations
- Relationship Management, Ability to establish working relationships with key client personnel
- Mentoring and stewardship
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience with leading consulting firms with a prior stint in FS Industry is preferred
- Industry expertise, Candidates with strong industry experience in Banking, Insurance or Capital markets. Candidate with cross-industry exposure preferred
- Should have worked on Operating model and Strategy engagements, Business case development, Financial modeling, Functional design, Process and technology driven initiatives
- Candidate should have good experience in areas of Customer segments, Customer Value propositions, Customer centric product and sales/ service model design and management. Also, exposure in customer experience design, journey design is a big plus.
- Candidate must also have exposure to CRM design and implementation phases.
- Also, candidate must have good understanding of omni-channel banking models and digital interventions in financial services. He/ She must be well-versed with leading trends in technology/ disruptive inventions in the digital ecosystem affecting financial service industry in India and other leading geographies.
- Candidates are required to have good mix and exposure to Operations and Technology (operations, technology, front office, back office).
- Exceptional Microsoft office (excel and power-point) skills and presentation skills.

- Good understanding of emerging digital landscape including applications, platforms etc.
- Should be a good team player and highly motivated.

- Should have an analytical bent of mind with capability of deciding on nature of information needed and the ability to derive business sense of such information.
- Should be able to think logically, articulate ideas immaculately and excel in ambiguous client situations
- Ability to estimate work and deliver to realistic deadlines; also to recognize and resolve unrealistic deadlines in advance of expected delivery dates.
- Initiative in keeping abreast of changing industry practices, analysis and design methods, tools and techniques and emerging technologies.
- Ability to develop & maintain working relationships with a number of stakeholders and senior professionals.
Qualification :
- Should hold a Professional or a Management degree from a leading institute
Guidelines :
- Ideal candidate should have mix of consulting and industry skills and experience
- Visa Readiness (US/UK/Others) is a huge plus for suitable candidates
