Consulting Associate - PR Firm

We have urgent Opening for Consulting Associate for our Client - a leading global PR Firm for their Mumbai location.

Salary -6-7 lpa

Position Responsibilities:

This position leads the Public Relations activities for our entertainment vertical. The individual will implement/execute regional clients/projects and is the leader for supporting client activities in that location. In addition, the individual will assist the Market Leader, in developing and implementing strategic business initiatives of the Firm.

The Consulting Associate adds value by identifying opportunities and finding solutions to maintain and grow a portfolio of clients and coaching and training team members to execute successful client programs.

The Consulting Associate should have a strong hold on Marathi and Hindi languages

Requirements: Ideal candidate would have to be:

1. Educational Qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream or professional qualification in the field of public relations or marketing communication.

2. Skills - The individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders, articulate, have attention to detail, good interpersonal skills. A business manager, s/he should be able to manage simple P&Ls while multi-tasking and working under pressure of deadlines.

3. Client Servicing - Lead client retention & growth for his/her SBU. Would be able to develop the strategy/annual/quarter plan for the client portfolio under control. Provide counsel to senior members of the client organisation. Well versed in developing professional relationships with journalists, analysts and key influencers in the location.

4. Internal - Must ensure adherence to the client service, business and employee processes of the firm. Ensuring an open, transparent and apolitical work environment

Minimum Requirements:

For Consulting Associate, 4 to 6 years of work experience in public relations or the communications industry, out of which at least 2 years of experience in leading a team & servicing entertainment clients in the Brands, Sports and Entertainment space.
