- Overall 9-20+ years of experience, of which significant experience is required in providing consulting and advisory services to clients on business and technology transformation, business model innovation, creating strategic roadmaps, influencing "C" level Executives on adoption of ideas, and harnessing emerging business & technology trends in the industry to influence future direction of organizations.
- To advise and consult with Education clients / prospects on solving key business challenges, transforming business models, re-engineer business processes, influence technology adoption and create technology roadmaps. To work with Sales Teams in influencing demand for services with clients/prospects, and win mindshare with "C" and Board level Executives. Be responsible for "value creation" with clients/prospects, as a Trusted Advisor in a billable / partially billable role. Create thought-leadership positioning about with clients/prospects. Influence TCV win for Education BU.
- Experience in providing consulting and advisory services to clients towards business and technology transformation
- Experience in defining technology roadmaps, influencing adoption of new business ideas, influencing change management
- Track record of engaging with and delivering business benefits to clients at "C" and Board level
- Experience of creating innovative and effective business models, aligned to interests
- Results orientation - including influencing TCV thru consulting lead sales efforts
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills required
- Management degree is preferable
