Your Role and Responsibilities :

It helps clients to identify opportunities to use information technology more effective, generating new intelligence and thereby improving their business performance and creating competitive advantage.

The role requires the capacity to understand client's business needs, propose the appropriate consultancy offerings.
Introduction
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years of experience as Workday Consultant
- Certified in Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Reporting
- Experience in global/multi-country rollouts and/or implementation projects
- Experience in running workshops
- Client interfacing
- Understanding new business strategies providing recommendations for automated solutions to support new strategies
- Working with the business users from all regions to define the scope and gather business requirements
- Providing conceptual and detailed design to meet business needs
- Testing and rollout of the final product
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple projects simultaneously
