- Partner with Leaders in understanding identify initiatives in-line with the key business priorities.
- Own and execute E2E (starting with solutioning till go-live) one or more top level key strategic initiatives onneed basis partnering with senior leadership team
- Create detailed implementation project plans with timelines and ownerships
- Lead all non-IT transition projects for for North America; Europe & Asia
- Support solution design / due-diligence eff orts for large transformation programs
- Align with multiple stakeholders to manage the transition deliverables
- Mentor and guide new team members on transition and transformation methodology
Transformation:
- Drive and report the deliverables of Process Improvement / Solution design assessment
- Implementation roadmap planning
Transition Management:
- Transition of select work from various locations as per agreed timelines
- Manage transition costs
People Management and Talent Development:
- Effectively train new team members on BBS Transition & Transformation methodology
- Coach new team members on utilizing the methodology to drive projects
