Under general supervision, recruits, interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for all levels of staff and management positions.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for a full range of recruiting functions. Seeks out candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and resources.
- Develops new candidate sources, including networks, referrals, and outreach programs. Mines web for passive candidates.
- Screens candidates to develop a "short list" of top qualified candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques and other methods/tools. Makes offers to candidates following internal policies and practices.
- Proactively consults with all levels of management regarding staffing strategy and requirements. Anticipates hiring needs and supports the development of strategic workforce plans. Initiates and maintains communications.
- Negotiates service level agreements with clients; delivers service to meet or exceed those agreements.
- Attends job fairs and campus recruiting events, acting as an ambassador for the Company. Develops relationships with potential candidates and "sells" the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Five years relevant experience. Experience in an insurance, banking, or financial institution preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Broad understanding of recruiting tools and technology.
