Consultant - Supply Chain Analytics with minimum 3 + years of experience in statistical modelling or business analysis roles.  Candidates will be expected to work across several areas such as :  - Demand planning and supply planning   - Procurement analytics, contract designing  - Inventory management  - Distribution/Logistics planning   - Network planning and modelling   - Simulation & Mathematical optimization models.  Qualification and Experience :  - Master in Statistics/Economics/Operations research or MBA (supply chain/operation/ materials management) (Candidates from Tier 1&2 preferred)   - 3 + years of experience in statistical modelling.  Skills / Knowledge :  - Strong knowledge basics of the supply chain management  - Deep working knowledge on the time series and multivariate forecasting techniques  - Deep understanding of the various inventory policies, target setting and inventory management  - Hands on experience in statistical modelling software such as SAS or R.  - Strong Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills (VBA & SQL experience preferred).  - Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills.  - Ability to structure problems through a data driven decision making process.  - Ability to identify and draw on leading-edge analytical tools and techniques to develop creative approaches and new insights to business issues through data analysis.  - Organized, deliberate, and reliable in structuring work, and effective as a problem solver.  - High aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail.
