Consultant/SME - Robotic Process Automation - Consulting Firm

Opening with one of the Leading Consulting Firms

- As an RPA SME, the candidate would be responsible for leading client discussions and delivery of RPA projects and work in all phases of the project delivery from discovery to value tracking.

- Onsite Client Experience driving key activities like Requirements Gathering and driving solution workshops.

- Extensive experience of hands-on experience in one of the RPA tools: Automation Anywhere or Blueprism (Will be looked at as RPA SME driving projects end to end)

- Experience in Creating a detailed work plan, monitor progress and ensure to meet deadlines across project lifecycle, do risk assessment and resolve conflicts within projects/functional areas

- Experience in Identify business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.

- Experience and ability to conceptualize automation proof of concept and bringing ideas to life through RPA assessment, data analysis (to narrow down on the processes to be automated as part of PoC) and finally operationalize automation with good quality

- Ability to create detailed business case for automation projects and drive stakeholder meetings

- Has been involved in end to end lifecycle of RPA projects from POC -- Discovery -- Design -- Deployment -- Run and Value Tracking

- Worked with Bus. stakeholders (Process SMEs, Business Analyst and Technical Architects) - Organize a workshop to collect and understand requirements along with System owner /Solution architecture

- Working in end to end RPA project (discovery to Value tracking)

- Preferably from Big Four

- Worked on RPA solutions - Automation Anywhere or Blueprism or any other RPA Tools

- Thorough understanding of RPA assessment framework, business case creation and crafting operating model (including RPA CoE)
