The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: - Graduate degree or equivalent experience - BA / BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field and/or equivalent education and experience - Six Sigma certification, Black Belt preferred - Project management administration and/or project management experience to include tracking/reporting responsibilities for a large portfolio of projects - Experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions - Moderate to advance MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills - Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings - Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
