Job description :
The Talent Miner will provide sourcing support to a team of Consultants. He/she would be responsible for creating and maintaining a continuous candidate pipeline of prospects utilizing advanced Internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, and other contemporary Sourcing tools for on- going client mandate(s) across geographies.

Responsibilities :
- Partner with the in house recruiting team as also the hiring manager(s) to understand job profiles and requirements.
- Assist in developing a sourcing strategy for each requisition, detailing catchment areas and mapping lists.
- Conduct preliminary qualifying calls to evaluate candidates- experience, availability, interest level, and compensation & overall fitment with critical job requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals - specifically the passive candidate community - in order to create a pipeline of qualified resources to support current and future openings.
- Maintain high candidate activity levels with the resultant impact of reducing time to hire.
- Manage applicant tracking system, candidate documentation on an on going basis.
- Keeps abreast of recruitment trends and shares new ideas and sources with the team.
- Utilizes social media to increase HCS - visibility & branding in the employment marketplace.
Professional Background :
You should possess :
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, staffing, or sales.
- Social networking experience using Internet networking tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in a deadline driven environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A self-driven, positive attitude and sense of urgency.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box.
- The ability to learn, unlearn and relearn.
