- Requirements gathering, validation, analysis and documentation this involves, amongst other items, mapping in-depth process flows, conducting interviews/workshops with SMEs, identifying gaps (process and technology), and liaising with technical team to help translate functional specifications to technical specifications.

- Experience in client facing roles interacting with senior business stakeholders

- Flexibility to travel within and outside of India

- Candidates who have executed at least one consulting project

- Leading small teams independently

- Lead / Co-lead User Acceptance testing and ensure software is delivered according to client requirements

- Consulting orientation with the ability to dissect client problems, and deliver advisory services e.g. provide a technology blueprint, assess application usability, evaluate ROI of solution, assess vendor products for best fit to the client needs, business case development, roadmap etc.

- Overseeing and creating presales documentation - Presentations, collaterals, POV decks, Customer Response documents etc.

- Publishing thought leaderships articles and other publications in this space.
