Consultant or Sr. Consultant - SF Compensation Management
Key Deliverables :
- Implementation of SF Compensation Management at assigned clients.
- Interacting with clients and customizing the SAP modules as per client business needs.
Qualification :- B Tech + MBA
- 3+ years of experience including at least 2 end to end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Compensation Management, Variable Pay etc)
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, must be a team player
- Understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
- Hands-on all the Data Models
- Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations
