We are hiring for a leading Consulting Organisation at Bangalore

Position : Functional Consultant- Salesforce/Sales Cloud

Education : Full time MBA must.

Experience :

- 3-5 years in Salesforce - Funtional Consultant.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for requirement gathering from Business Stakeholders to understand expectations for Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud

- Provided complex Quote-To-Cash, CLM & CPQ solutions to wide range of clients on Salesforce & Microsoft platforms.

- Worked as a liaison between the client and internal development Team to manage client expectations, scope, requirement gathering and process mapping and project management.

- Involved in process reengineering, Business Analysis and process implementation.

- Responsible for business transformation engagements through experience defining business and GTM strategy, developing process flow diagrams, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions

- Overall responsibility to lead and deliver timely project strategy & execution

- Implementation of CRM process, Sales process using Salesforce.
