Role involves -
- Business Development/KAM - Manage a host of top tier companies including MNC's, listed organizations and startups
- Recruitment - Be client's guide on who to hire
- Sales - Onboard new clients and generate business for the firm
- Client servicing - Work with clients on identifying talent gaps, suggesting measures and working on mandates
Ideal Candidate -
- 2 to 7 years of work experience in a client facing role
- MBA from a top tier college
- Work experience in either - HR or Recruitment or Sales or Business Development
- A knack for making conversation, and a passion to learn more about people and companies
