We have an Urgent opening as Consultant/ Sr. Consultant Process consulting (life science domain) with a Top 3 IT Company

Role : Consultant/ Sr. Consultant Process consulting

Location : Chennai

Job Description :

- 6 - 11 Years experience in process consulting, facilitation and audits

- Hands on experience in defining policies, processes and SOP's in accordance with IT Strategy and best practices of IT Governance

- Hands on experience in defining software engineering life cycle processes ( Requirements Development, Design, Release Management processes)

- Experience in developing process relationships and defining touch points between processes across organization structure ( QMS to PMO to ITSM to Ops etc.)

- Experience in defining the Job Descriptions (Roles and Responsibilities) across IT

- Worked in process piloting, roll out and implementation support for green field process implementations

- Strong experience in conducting process compliance checks and related reporting and action planning

- Process KPI setup, data collection and reporting

- Should have been a part of process engineering group and should have established process improvement roadmaps at organizational level

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to enable conducting process training's and make executive presentations

- Strong stakeholder management and conflict management skills

- Certifications related to ISO 9000, CMMI Development, Project Management are required

- Educational qualifications : Masters in engineering or full time MBA
