Role & Responsibility :

- To be a part of entire life cycle of search Process-From Communication to Closure and ensure value add at every stage of the Process.

- Primary & Secondary research and mapping of Industries and candidates - Through our internal & External databased.

- Conducting candidate outreach -Creating detailed mandate mapping and business intelligence reports.

- Mapping Documentations - (Ms Office -Xls,PPT etc.) Running regular reports for internal & External Clients

- Stakeholder Management - Working Collaboratively with Sr. Execution Lead & Partners.
