Consultant/Senior Consultant - Outsourcing/BPO/IT

Job Title: Outsourcing/BPO/IT Management Consultants/Senior Consultants

Location: Delhi

Experience: 2+ yrs. (Post MBA)

Roles and Responsibilities:

To provide outsourcing/BPO/IT consulting to top notch MNCs and government agencies

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for project delivery of billable client assignments related to sourcing transformation initiatives of large MNCs Governments and International agencies

- Responsible for project delivery of technology/digital transformation, sourcing and globalization advisory projects, involving but not limited to, strategy creation, business case analysis, target operating model design, initial assessments & project plan development, financial modelling, process review and continuous improvement

- Responsible to assist and/or lead project delivery in RFP creation, vendor research and selection, contract negotiations and transition management

- Responsible for internal IP development through building of new capability areas, developing marketing material, and delivery artefacts

- Responsible to identify and pursue sales opportunities, including, new lead generation, proposal response creation and follow-up to closure

- Manage delivery quality by enforcing customer service standards

- Responsible to be up to date on latest technology trends, including, Cloud, Analytics, IOT, RPA, etc. 3 Leadership

- Responsible for developing and enhancing consulting delivery processes and artefacts

- Collaborate with peers and team to uphold Corporate Values of the Firm

- Provide coaching, counselling, and mentoring to junior Consultants

Desired Profile:

- MBA and Engineers from top ranked institute with at least 2+ years post-MBA consulting experience in BPO/outsourcing/IT consulting for MNC clients/Government/international agencies.

- Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

- Ready for 60% travel
