Project Manager (consultant/senior consultant/manager/sr. manager) (2-13 yrs)
- Proven ability to lead a function and / or change team to deliver strong, effective governance and day-to-day controls, clear planning, communication, reporting and MI, risk and issue management
- Experience of leading complex change across multiple markets. Experience of Agile working and process optimisation activity is highly desirable
- Highly developed understanding of end to end client / customer life cycle in Commercial and Global banking. Good working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacity
- Proven leadership and team building capabilities, with experience in managing sizeable, global teams within a matrix organisation.
- Experience of managing change impacting KYC / CDD activity and operations with a clear understanding of the likely risk landscape and how best to build effective controls across the client lifecycle(Added Advantage)
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, including business case development and benefits realization
- Outstanding organisational and planning skills with experience of management of multiple complex programmes / business transformations, with knowledge on when and how to re-prioritise, or escalate as required
- Strong analytical background, including being able to contextualize data into business activities and conclusions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including Regional and Functional leads
- Representing the team/department in the relevant regulatory change initiatives, compliance and operational risk related forums / committees
- Own and manage the relationship with external transformation suppliers i.e. consultancy firms .
