Consultant/Senior Consultant - HR Transformation - Consulting Firm

We are hiring for a leading consulting organization based at Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Gurugram /Hyderabad

Position: CON / SR CON - HR Transformation

Experience: 3- 7 Yrs in HR transformation/ HR consulting for HR division from Consulting background

Role & Responsibilities :

- Work on projects related to Process Design, Process mapping and requirement gathering

- Provide Project Management support for HR Transformation and Shared Services projects

- Support deployment activities including involvement in local design workshops, implementation and hyper care related activities

- Perform Current state assessment of HR processes in client organization and help in and preparing Business Case for Transformation

- Lead/support Documentation projects (onsite/offshore) based on clients requirement

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design cutting edge HR Solutions relevant to changing client needs
