Change Management (HR)
We are hiring for a leading consulting organization based at Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Gurugram
Position: CON / SR CON - HR Transformation
Experience: 3- 7 Yrs in HR transformation/ HR consulting/ Organizational Change /Change Management or process improvement for HR division from Consulting background
Role & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for HR transformation projects & Change management assignments
- Create Process Maps for Learning Management System and conduct role and security mapping
- Coordinate with Organization Change Management team in conducting Change readiness
- Work with client global change and communication leads to ensure understanding of global change approach and execution requirements
- Experience in one or more of areas from HR Shared Services Design, delivery & implementation
- Will be coordinating with Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, Change Measurement (Change Readiness/Surveys, Business Readiness).
