Client information: The client is a MNC consulting firm with a global presence
The position would be part of the HR transformation practice working on global client projects.
Education: MBA in HR /IR (full time)
Experience:
Consultant: 2-4 years of HR advisory experience
Sr Consultant: 4-7 years of HR advisory experience
Mandatory:
Preferred work experience in HR transformation programs is important.
Experience in any one or more of the following areas:
Involved in end to end HR transformation program
HR operating model design and organisation design
Strong awareness and experience in HR systems - HCM solutions and RPA
End to end HR processes
Shared services advisory
HR operating model design and organisation design
Key job specifications:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
- High energy levels, be flexible, adaptable and be confident
- Open to travel on global projects
