Experience Required : 1- 9 years

Education : BE + MBA (Tier 1), MBA (Specialization Preferred): Operations, IT

Position : Consultant, Senior Consultant (Business Consulting)

Background : Should have worked in either of the following industries/domains

- Experience in functional consulting, strategy consulting (Operations/Manufacturing/Engineering, Quality, Supply chain)

OR experience in Industry specific consulting - EPC, Industrial, Hi-tech, Manufacturing - Automotive, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Energy & Utility

OR experience in functional role within an industry

- Must have expertise in one/two functional areas (Example - Supply chain, operations, engineering, Quality etc.)

Should have understanding of the following :

- Program/Project management

- Business strategy

- Understanding of technology levers to achieve strategic objectives

- Consulting frameworks; Ability to design and develop frameworks and structured thought processes

- Exposure to analytics/statistical tools/packages

Job Experience :

- Experience : 2-10 years of experience in consulting or a functional role within an industry.

Job Related Skills and Competencies :

- Ability to manage pre-sales, consulting proposal and operational metrics

- Ability to manage a consulting team

- Strong capability in managing multiple engagements and tasks

- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; Understanding of advanced excel concepts

- Must possess project management & execution skills.

- Must possess strong presentation skills

- Project management & Project finance

Candidate is expected to :

- Work on assignments/projects individually or as a part of a team

- Independently handle client engagements

- Must be willing to travel internationally occasionally
