Strong educational background - Bachelors/Master's degree in business, human resources or analytical subject
Ideally with experience in managing accounts in the compensation survey business; or 5+ years of marketing experience in an HR consulting firm; or knowledge in compensation within a consulting firm/corporate environment (i.e. has compensation surveys experience)
- Enjoys working in a team and fast-paced evolving business environment, where there is significant interaction with clients in order to partner with them in providing value added service.
Job Profile :
Develop and take ownership of the client relationship
Follow up with the clients :
Finalizes and presents quality deliverables to the client, Based on feedback from clients and internal consultants, suggest improvements to survey design. Review job descriptions, participant guide, data elements and report templates.
Works with local leadership to develop annual business plans that identify objectives and priorities for the coming year including target clients
- Develops and executes marketing and sales plans that drive growth in the data services business
- Builds strong industry expertise in designated sectors and is known as an expert within and outside the organization
