Consultant /Sr Consultant

- Strategy & Transformation- We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytics skills to be part of the Strategy & Transformation competency group who can work towards attaining profitable growth, strategically managing costs and navigating risks.

- Work you will do: works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise wide decision making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.

- Assessing the current finance function performance and capabilities;benchmarking them against industry leading practices

- Designing future state operating model for enabling functions inalignment with strategic vision

- Identifying change initiatives, developing a roadmap and preparing abusiness case

- Assessing feasibility of shared services / outsourcing enabling processes and navigating through the end-to-end design and implementation journey

- Improving planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Developing a reporting and finance information strategy

- Defining key performance indicators and preparing performance scorecards

- Identifying and implementing cost reduction solutions for enabling functions to improve business performance

- Improving management reporting and analytics, consolidation and external reporting

- Delivering improvements in financial processes such as order-to-cash,procure-to-pay, record-to-report, treasury and cash management, and other core financial processes

- Applying analytics in financial services, customer experience, strategy formulation, large scale organizational redesign and business transformation, process improvement, cost management

Required Experience:

- Hands-on exposure in working with the CFO organization

- Fair understanding of the finance processes such as Order-to-Cash,Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Close-Consolidate, etc.

- Analytical and Hypothesis driven problem-solving approach, process and operations analysis, processing and analysis of large financial andnon-financial data sets

- Ability to map and document current state and future state processes

- Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/ or interacting with Global stakeholders

- Experience with using financial applications/tools such as Oracle,Hyperion, SAP, etc. is preferable

- Understanding of the latest digital technologies such as Robotic Automation, Blockchain, Cognitive, Predictive Analytics etc. and their applications in finance

- Basic understanding of operating model transformations and outsourcing

Required Qualifications: MBA, MS or PhD from a premier (Tier-1) school in India or abroad- 2-5 years of relevant experience (post MS / MBA)- Willingness to travel internationally (primarily US) 60% -100% of the times

Preferred Qualification: Active H1B visa from previous employer or Green Card holders will be preferred
