Consultant/Senior Consultant - Anti-Financial Crime/AML/Fraud Risk Management

About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated professionals to join our Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Services team as a Consultant or Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and functional experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Economic Sanctions, and Fraud Risk Management within financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct FCC (Financial Crime Compliance) risk assessments and program reviews for regulated entities, preferably banks and/or insurers.

- Perform both design and operating effectiveness testing as part of risk assessments.

- Support the design and deployment of fit-for-purpose AFC risk strategies.

- Conduct diagnostic reviews to optimize AFC risk management frameworks.

- Perform enterprise-level AFC risk assessments, including gap assessments and fact-finding reviews.

- Draft and update AFC-related policies, procedures, and standards.

- Assist with AFC technology upgrades, deployments, and rule engine optimization.

- Interpret and apply financial crime regulations and provide advisory support to clients on regulatory, transactional, and documentation issues.

- Draft high-quality assessment and findings reports.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles focused on Anti-Financial Crime (AFC).

- Bachelor's / Master's degree or Chartered Accountant qualification.

- Strong subject matter expertise in Financial Crime Compliance (AML, Economic Sanctions) and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial institutions.
