Role & responsibilities :


- Mandatory Experience Implementation exposure of SAP S4-HANA. SUB modules OM, PA, Time management, Leave Management, Compliances.

- Payroll India, Payroll processing in integration with FICO.

- Preferably experience with implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, EC, Compensation, PMGM.

- Audit Compliances exposure and experience with any of the Big 4 Hands on experience on integration of SAP S4- Hana and SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Onboarding & Off Boarding module.

- Implementation of SAP HCM Practices: Ensure best practices are followed in SAP HCM modules to optimize HR processes.

- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.

- Indian Payroll Management: Manage end-to-end payroll processes in SAP, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and timely processing of payroll.

- Manpower Budgeting: Assist in the development and maintenance of manpower budgets.

- Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support strategic planning Responsible for Top Level Joining Formalities in SAP: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring all formalities are completed accurately and efficiently.

- Liaise with relevant departments to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

- Statutory Compliance: Manage monthly PF and ESIC returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

- Oversee half-yearly and annual returns for factories.

- Handle Employee Exchange Returns and annual returns under the Contractor Act.

- Conduct monthly audits of contractors to ensure compliance.

- Actively participate in regulatory inspections and audits.

- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.

- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, bonuses, and other perks.

- Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and policies.

- Payroll Management: Manage payroll for all levels of management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Utilize HRIS systems (expertise in Saigon, Mantra, SuccessFactors, SAP) for payroll and related processes.

- Handle bonus calculations, tax compliance, and gratuity manage Experience in Implementation of SAP and Success factors:- Core Team Member: contribute to various phases of the implementation project.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to gather and refine requirements.

- System Testing: Conduct testing to ensure system functionality and reliability.

- End-User Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the new systems.

- Alignment with Strategic Goals: Ensure that solutions meet organizational needs and strategic objectives
