Qualification: B.E / B.Tech. Certification in SAP HR and SuccessFactors (multiple modules like Employee Central, Talent, RCM, etc).

Skills:

- Proven experience as a hardcore techno-functional resource.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors modules. Worked in multiple areas like abap, functional, roles & authorizations, integration, NetWeaver and FIORI portals.

- High research acumen to deliver solutions independently.

- Excellent analytical and highly agile problem-solving skills.

- Highly versatile and is a multi-tasker.

- Strong Learning Curve to delve in new areas.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to lead & guide teams.

- SAP certifications in relevant areas are a must.
