Consultant - SAP FI CO

Position : SAP FICO (Consultant)

Location : Mumbai (Andheri)

Qualifications : B. Tech/MCA SAP Certified FICO/Course from reputed Institute

Experience : 3-6 years' experience

Preferred target Companies (if any): Open to Industry

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

- Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP FICO modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), etc.

- Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP FICO functionality reported by end- users or identified through system monitoring.

- Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose and implement solutions or workarounds to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, and technical teams, to address complex SAP FICO problems.

- Assist in system configurations, enhancements, and upgrades in SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Create and maintain documentation, such as user guides and training materials, to support end-users and ensure consistent use of SAP FICO functionalities.

- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to improve end-users' understanding and utilization of SAP FICO features.

- Stay updated with SAP releases, patches, and new features, evaluating their impact on existing configurations and providing recommendations. Participate in testing activities for system changes, patches, or upgrades related to SAP FICO modules.

- Coordinate with Business & Delivery Team.

- To understand Business Process in line with delivery Expectation for delivery

- Should have idea of EXIM Process

- Travel to multiple location

Qualifications:

- B. Tech/MCA from reputed Institute

- SAP Certified FICO/Course from reputed Institute

Skills:

- Clear communication with local users and managers

- Clear communication with internal SAP teams (FI but also SD, MM, ABAP.)

- Clear communications with Direction, BRM

- Formalization, ability to explain clearly

- Strong organization, Process Oriented
