Description:

As a Consultant at Michael Page, your role is to proactively initiate and develop commercial relationships to generate revenue. Your job responsibilities are divided into two main roles:

1. Engaging with Clients (Business Development)

- Identify decision-makers in the hiring process

- Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organizations with current or future recruitment needs.

- Initiate contact with potential clients through business development calls, face-to-face meetings, referrals, and networking.

- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.

- Network across your industry sector to ascertain market trends and growth areas.

2. Engaging with Candidates (Recruitment Delivery)

- Understanding client's job requirements through a job brief call and prepare / edit the job description for the role

- Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing tools, including our proprietary database, tools like LinkedIn and networking, referrals, and advertising.

- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage, balancing excellent service with a positive commercial outcome.

- Interview candidates to gather valuable market information and provide advice on CVs and interview techniques.

- Follow up and ensure successful placements, supporting candidates as potential clients.

Profile:

- 3-5 year of overall experience in enterprise sales or core sales.

- MBA from Tier 1 or 2 colleges



- Should enjoy selling, collaboration, self driven & ambitious, can influence and loves taking initiatives



- Open to Mumbai as a location, WFO/WFH.



- Candidate should come with experience dealing with Business Services industry.
