Key Responsibilities :
Concept Selling Across the Region :
- Develop and implement strategies to promote asset management concepts and products within the assigned region.
- Utilize existing distributor relationships to maximize sales and reach.
Achieving Product Level Targets:
- Meet sales targets for specific equity and debt products in the region.
- Track and analyze performance to ensure targets are met.
Conducting Conference Calls/Meetings :
- Regularly engage with distributors via calls or meetings to update them on product information, market trends, and - knowledge.
- Ensure distributors are well-informed and equipped to sell effectively.
Training & Knowledge Sessions:
- Organize and deliver training sessions for internal employees to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Keep the team updated on the latest market trends and product developments.
Sales Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to expand the distribution network and diversify the product mix.
- Provide support and insights to improve sales strategies.
Communication Support:
- Collaborate with the product team to create clear and effective communication materials for focused products.
- Ensure that messaging is consistent and aligns with market needs.
Providing Feedback:
- Offer valuable on-ground feedback to enhance business strategies and activities.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate these insights to relevant teams.
Market Feedback to Investments :
- Share insights on competitor products, market positioning, and sales performance.
- Help the investment team understand market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively in both training sessions and meetings.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and understanding market dynamics.
