About Function:
The function manages the raw material business, trading Aluminum RM mainly.
What you'll be doing:
- Aluminum Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in generating new primary Aluminum ( Ingots, billets, wire rods, foil etc.) business and building relationships with clients. This position requires a strong understanding of the Aluminum market and the ability to effectively communicate with clients about their specific needs.
- Develop and implement our GTM strategy by building and nurturing relationships with clients for sustainable business growth.
As an Aluminum Sales Specialist a typical month will include:
- Identify and acquire new potential clients for the Aluminum business. Negotiate commercials ( rates, payment terms etc.) with clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to develop and execute sales strategies. Set and achieve individual sales targets.
- Collaborate extensively with internal cross-functional teams like Operations, Finance, Product etc., in order to drive impactful outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Aluminum market regulations and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Aluminum business and RMC function.
What will make you a great candidate:
- The candidate should have prior experience of 5-8 years specifically in Aluminum sales
- Can immediately add value to Sales.
- The role requires candidates with an affinity for action and needs to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in fast-moving B2B sales or B2B startups preferred
- Candidate has to own sales targets for the assigned region and develop a client base for us in these regions
