Principal Accountability:
1. Leads team in day-to-day data research, synthesis and compilation activities
2. Mentor/Coach junior members in team
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients / internal stakeholders, understanding client requirements, issues, concerns and working proactively towards providing solutions
4. Proof-read and ensure quality of data that are updated manually / through automated tools into the database and proactively identifies and resolves any inconsistencies
5. Answers emails / calls regarding questions, feedback or requests about various company information listed in database
6. Guide team to perform research via internet and other resources to update/add contact details and product lists of chemical companies into our database
7. Provide additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and / or issues
8. Reviews client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
9. Responsible to provide timely progress report to business leaders on need basis
10. Monitor the usage of client subscriptions, help clients in their daily sourcing, procurement, marketing and research needs
11. Identify any sales lead or new contract information and forward them to the respective departments
Education:
1. Post graduate degree in Pharmaceutical discipline OR Graduate degree in Pharmaceutical discipline + MBA with healthcare industry exposure
Experience:
1. Minimum 4 years of work experience in Pharmaceutical industry (Research and Analytics); experience in the field of patents and understanding the chemical composition of products is a value add
2. Experience in managing tasks, timelines, and project communication
3. Knowledge of IMS data, products is a value add
4. Ability to understand and communicate detailed analysis and reporting on client issues such as complex data queries
Skills:
1. Proficient in MS Office - Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA is a value add
2. Secondary research
3. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels internally and customers
4. Strong team player and able to collaborate at all levels and across geography but also able to work under own initiative
5. Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail
6. Project management with the ability to perform under pressure
7. Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills.
