Opportunity Profile:

- Business Plan & Feasibility Studies for large scale development & infrastructure projects including Special Economic Zones, Integrated Townships, Hotels, Retail Malls, Airports, Metro, amongst several other vertical segments

- Location/ Entry Strategies for some of the most prominent Indian and Foreign corporate houses with regard to their business operations, objectives, future business projections, manpower requirement etc.

- Privatization & Disinvestments on behalf of the Central and almost all State Governments

- Investments & Structured Finance including Investment Banking function of structuring Joint Venture arrangements and securing equity placements

Education: MBA Finance

Other Skills: MS Excel, word or power point.

- Good communication skills; presentation skills; exposure to real estate concepts
